This mixed use scheme replaces a redundant carpark in the Crossharbour neighbourhood of Tower Hamlets, and will see the combination of two residential blocks, as well as a luxury hotel, providing high-quality, contemporary accommodation for inner London.

The building is located in a rapidly developing part of Tower Hamlets, where tall buildings gradually step down towards more local density as you move further east. The taller tower has 35 residential storeys above a seven-storey hotel base.
