200 Hammersmith Road, a prominent office building, has undergone a retrofit to revitalize its dated design and appeal to modern businesses. The renovation features a timeless black-and-white aesthetic, new glazing, and entrance doors in harmony with the building’s existing style.

Notably, a distinctive rope wall was introduced to visually separate the ground and first-floor offices from the atrium, contributing to a unique and unconventional design theme that runs throughout the building’s various elements.
