Welcome to “Retrospective in Retrofitting,” our spotlight series that unveils the mastery of retrofitting practices. Join us on a journey of transformation, where architectural history harmoniously intertwines with innovation. Our inaugural episode showcases the remarkable Jamestown Road transformation, a testament to our nearly decade-long dedication to perfecting the art of retrofitting.
The Jamestown Road project presented a unique challenge: the revival of a dated 1980s pathology laboratory into a modern workspace. In the bustling heart of Shoreditch, FORA Montacute Yards has emerged as a true success story over the past year. This recently completed project has left an indelible mark on the landscape, redefining the concept of co-working spaces.
