Francesca joined BAA in 2011. Working across the hospitality and office sectors, she has significant experience in designing and remodelling large existing buildings, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding and award-winning projects.
As Associate Director, she oversees projects ensuring that resources are used effectively to achieve the highest quality results, on time and within budget. She has a particular interest in working on complex projects, relishing the challenges inherent in demanding briefs, fast-paced programmes, tight urban sites, and budget constraints, to deliver buildings with maximum design impact which exceed the expectations of her clients.
Her recent projects include King William Street in the City of London, a major mixed-use regeneration project at Graphite Square, and a large premier holiday resort in a Cornish Valley. Francesca has worked on international projects, including in Russia, where she is adept at adapting design approaches to local applications and climates.
