We are delighted to announce Graphite Square has been shortlisted for The Pineapples 2023: Future Place Award!
We are excited to present our vision for this mixed-use development in Lambeth, that will bring a new place to work and live for thousands of people. Knit together new pedestrian routes and public green space; playgrounds, cafes, a church worship space and residents gardens.
Our Founder, Ben Adams will be judging different categories as part of the The Developer and Festival of Place, while our Associate Director Emma Holt, will be presenting Graphite Square live to the judges for the Future Place category.
