Patrick has been an integral part of the team at Ben Adams Architects since 2010, working on some of the practice’s most significant projects including Northampton Road and Jamestown Road. He is currently leading on a major infrastructure development at Watford, co-ordinating the detailed individual requirements of multiple stakeholders including TFL and the local authority.
As an Associate Director and Head of Design Development, Patrick leads the BAA’s technical team, managing the technical review process from procurement to delivery. Leveraging new technology to improve the efficiency of in-house processes and connectivity across the design team, he works to improve and standardise smart working practices.
Patrick has significant on-site experience and is skilled at building effective relationships that help make things happen. He is well versed in the details of contracts, legislation, and standards, using this knowledge to establish a strong foundation from the appointment, which enables the effective delivery of design and the realisation of an exceptional project.
