Natalie’s architectural experience thus far ranges from small-scale exhibitions to larger, residential extensions, refurbishments and interiors. She also appreciates commercial and retail projects, and approaches these creatively. Her competition design for a new academic facility at AA’s Hooke Park won, and is currently under construction.
During her masters she spent time designing a 3-D digital immersive and inhabitable archive where digital information of the past is overlaid into the present physical environment. Thus, the past and present co-exist in the same space. This helps to facilitate a better understanding and knowledge of our cities, and increase awareness of the lost layers through multiple trajectories and narratives. She did this using augmented reality.
Natalie is a successful illustrator and produced imagery for ‘Scavengers & Other Creatures in Promised Lands’, for Naja de Ostos. She is a passionate problem solver and spends some of her free time either listening to music or making and playing video games.
