Karl has developed expertise in office and mixed use design. While working at BAA he has worked on King William Street, a refurbishment of a 1980s building in the heart of the City of London, creating a new mixed use building with two additional floors, an entirely new façade, and a new interior. Additionally, he was an integral member of the 200 Hammersmith Road project team, a scheme that consists of a five-storey office refurbishment located within a conservation area in Hammersmith, London.
He has developed a unique understanding of delivering clients’ aspirations on fast track schemes. Along with his motivation and creativity, he hopes to develop his skills in delivering exemplar solutions to client needs.
