Emma is an architect, with extensive experience in the design and delivery of large complex schemes for the commercial, residential and hospitality sectors.
She worked on the award-winning Nobu hotel in Shoreditch which completed in 2017 and more recently on Priory Bay, a transformational resort and hotel on the Isle of Wight. She is currently leading on Graphite Square, a 300,000 sq ft mixed-use project in London’s Vauxhall, and continues to work on residential projects at all scales.
Emma is a skilled communicator, able to present design ideas clearly and concisely to a range of stakeholders. Motivated to help clients deliver on housing targets, she has significant planning experience and uses her detailed understanding of process, regulations and timeframes to help clients navigate challenges and realise their project ambitions.
As Associate at BAA, her role focuses on the management of a number of projects and co-ordination with the wider project design team. She leads BAA’s in-house ‘Home’ group dedicated to knowledge share and best practice within the residential sector, and represents the practice at a wide range of industry events including MIPIM and NLA think tanks.
