Emma has extensive experience in the design and delivery of large complex schemes for the commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.
As an Associate Director, her role focuses on the management of a number of projects and co-ordination with the wider project design team. She leads BAA’s in-house ‘Home’ group dedicated to knowledge share and best practice within the residential sector. Motivated to help clients deliver on housing targets, she has significant planning experience and uses her detailed understanding of process, regulations, and timeframes to help clients navigate challenges and realise their project ambitions.
Emma worked on the award-winning Nobu hotel in Shoreditch and on Priory Bay, a transformational resort and hotel on the Isle of Wight. She is currently leading on Graphite Square, a 300,000 sqft mixed-use project in London’s Vauxhall, and continues to work on residential projects at all scales.
